This is Frill, one of *PinkPigtails character's.
She's hosting a contest and I finally finish my entry after having started it in July... It's great that she extended the contest ^^
Frill inspired my immediatly when I saw her description. I hope I didn't messed up too much her design as I took liberty on her horn-hair design. I like doing horns like that so...
